The self-propelled mixer MVS MONOMIX EVOLUTION is a machine designed to meet the needs of medium- sized farms but with the advantages of machines designed to work 8-10 hours per day with maximum comfort and efficiency. The engine located at the back of the machine allows greater visibility from the cabin, placing the driver much further from the source of noise and making his job much more comfortable. Optional 4-wheel steering and 4-wheel drive make the MONOMIX EVOLUTION a very manageable machine capable of manoeuvring in the most unfavourable conditions. 

 

Cabin

The large hinged cabin door allows easy access to a roomy interior and a comfortable working environment with an air suspension seat. The extensive glass surface and the driver’s position allow this optimal control of all machine functions and seamless access to all its controls and indicators. A Joystick is used for most of the controls enabling comfortable and precise handling of the loading system, as well as moving the machine forward and unloading it. The cabin is manufactured in steel with anti-corrosion chemical treatment.

An inward sloping cabin prevents dust from accumulating on the top and ensures perfect visibility throughout the loading process. The partially glazed roof enables the cutter to be monitored when at its highest position. 

 

Steering

Optional steering on all 4 wheels enables the direction of each axle to be selected separately or both axles simultaneously. This enhanced manoeuvrability ensures that the machine can do its job regardless of how complicated the access is. This option along with 4-wheel drive assures maximum efficiency when conditions so require.

 

Cutter

The loading system consists of a 2 m long cutter with a 90 hp motor (dual motor option) for high performance. Thanks to the careful distribution of the blades in a spiral along the cutter, maximum efficiency during loading is achieved for all products including long fibre ones. The rotation direction of the cutter can be reversed by two pedals in the cab, allowing the operator to choose the most ideal mode depending on the product being worked with.

Loading is carried out through a system of Polyethylene chains and crossbars (rubber belt option available) thus ensuring rapid loading and a constant flow which fills the mixing tub in minutes.

All our self-propelled machines are equipped with a pressure switch safety system, so that when the cutter is descending and it encounters something that produces an excessive demand in pressure, the loading system stops its descent and waits until this overpressure has been corrected before continuing its descent. This will prevent unnecessary damage and breakage. 

 

Auger

The TATOMA vertical mixing system deals efficiently with all materials whatever the format and dimensions of the product. Thanks to the carefully designed shape of both the conical tub and the auger, optimal results are achieved in terms of quality of the mixture while achieving maximum efficiency in the process and as a result shorter mixing time. Furthermore the transmission system with its angular reducer provides rotary motion to the auger delivering a carefully chopped product and a perfect mix with minimal power consumption.
